Before you call support, we suggest that you try the following:

• Login to the demo database at https://www.TeamsOffice.net/Demo/
• User name: demo; password: demo
• Type "faq" into the search box at the top of the document list together with up to 5 other words that might help to distinguish the subject you are searching for
• Press Enter (Mac, Return) or click the double chevron icon to find all the documents that contain the words you are searching for.

We commit to put the answer or explanation for all new questions and issues raised by users into the Demo database so that, over time, almost issues that you are likely to encounter will be dealt with there.
