• The relationship(s) between you and any employer, customer or other person or organisation whom you have represented in your communications with TeamsOffice you are authorised to represent.

• Your company's name, address, incorporation and business registration or dba nam,e or number, nature of business, particulars of your employees or officers, banking information, etc.

TeamsOffice will not disclose any information of any kind which you have entered into any Office Manager database hosted, operated or managed by TeamsOffice or by any third party under contract to TeamsOffice to anyone under any circumstances except as required by a court or other legal office or officer having lawful jurisdiction over TeamsOffice to require such disclosure or else with your consent. In the event that TeamsOffice is required to make any such disclosure by a competent authority it will disclose only that information which it believes is included within such authority. We shall not under any circumstances sell your personal information (although we may participate in certain profits of parties to whom we have disclosed the information as provided below) and this commitment is made with the intent that it should bind any receiver or liquidator of our company.

Where TeamsOffice with your knowledge and consent contracts with a third party to host an Office Manager application or database for the purpose of managing information which is confidential to you or your organisation TeamsOffice does not directly control the disclosure of such information but enters into such contracts only with parties who are contractually committed to observe standards of confidentiality and privacy no less stringent than this Privacy Policy and who TeamsOffice believes are responsible parties likely to honour such commitments and restrictions.

TeamsOffice may share personal information about you and any organisation or employee of yours (so long as such personal information is not directly or indirectly sourced or derived from an Office Manager application or database hosted by TeamsOffice or by a contractor to TeamsOffice) with strategic partners, joint venturers, agents and contractors with whom TeamsOffice is engaged in the development or provision of any extension to the facilities provided by TeamsOffice or other service or feature intended to benefit TeamsOffice's customers. All such parties are expressly bound as recipient of any such information by confidentiality covenants no less restrictive than this Privacy Policy.

TeamsOffice may also disclose such part of the aforesaid information as is necessary for the collection of outstanding fees and charges due from you or your company in the event that your account becomes delinquent.

Finally, TeamsOffice may disclose personal information to non-affiliated third parties as permitted or required by law in the case of government or regulatory organisations having jurisdiction over us but not information contained in an Office Manager database except as expressly provided above.

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with all statutory provisions in effect in Hong Kong governing privacy and data protection and with all relevant standards necessary to guard your personal information. Our servers (and those of our service providers) use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology where necessary or appropriate to prevent unauthorised parties from viewing the personal or private corporate information that you give or access during a secure session. Every single page in the operation of TeamsOffice application requires re-submission of your personal password – a procedure which is automated in the application after your personal login. This is why you must enter a unique username and password each time you enter or view your personal or corporate information on line or use TeamsOffice application.

We also limit access to your personal and corporate information to only those employees who need the information to provide products or services to you, such as customer service and support personnel. The Pinpoint Company conducts internal audits of its business practices and procedures from time to time to ensure maintenance of the standards of protection of personal and corporate information by our staff and contractors.
